Humble Beginnings
G Morgan, born Mokgaetji Marutla Tladi, grew up in the rural village of Malope Ga-Masemola in Limpopo, South Africa. Her educational journey began under a tree—a testament to her determination to learn despite limited resources. This early experience shaped her perspective and instilled in her a deep appreciation for education and storytelling.
Literary Beginnings
Glory's writing journey began in 1994 with her first drama manuscript. For 13 years, she persisted through rejections and challenges until her breakthrough in 2007 when her drama Tšhelete ya Mma was accepted by Thobela FM. This milestone validated her talent and opened the door to her literary career.
Educational Pursuits
While pursuing her writing career, Glory continued her formal education. She earned a Diploma in Financial Management in 2012, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce in Management in 2017. She has also completed various certifications that complement her work as an author and educator.
Publishing Success
In 2015, Glory published her children's book Tractor Gets Help, which has since been translated into multiple languages including Chinese and Swahili. Since 2016, she has been self-publishing her works, which have gained recognition in Gauteng schools. Her poetry earned her the prestigious AVBOB award in 2017.

G Morgan believes in creating stories that not only entertain but also educate and empower young readers. Her books address important life lessons such as friendship, leadership, humility, and perseverance. She aims to make literature accessible to all children, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
